CANCELLED: In conversation with Sarah Wilson – ‘Let’s hash out sustainable consumerism’

September 15, 2021 @ 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

*Our apologies folks, with the COVID19 situation not getting any better in Sydney we’ve made the very difficult decision to cancel this event. We hope to have Sarah join us for Slow Fashion September 2022.
Sarah Wilson is a New York Times best selling author, social commentator, environmental activist, philanthropist and minimalist from Sydney. Most well known for her ‘I Quit Sugar’ publications as well as ‘First, We Make the Beast Beautiful,’ her latest release ‘This One Wild and Precious Life’ is a call to arms about the need to live authentically and for the sake of our collective wellbeing.

Sarah recently appeared on an episode of ABC’s Compass with a story about de-consumption. She will be coming to Adelaide to share with Slow Fashion September audiences her knowledge about this topic based on her extensive research and lived experiences of sustainable consumerism and how this benefits not just the individual consumer but the planet as a whole.

Tickets available via Eventbrite here.
