Gilles at the Grounds 24 September 2023

Gilles at the Grounds, has been operating at the Old Brick Dairy at the Adelaide Showgrounds (South Boulevard, Leader Street entrance off Goodwood Road) since 2018 after relocating from Gilles Primary School where it had been since 2008 as Gilles Street Market.

With the capacity to host over 100 local collectors and creatives, Gilles has earned itself the reputation as the people’s marketplace and as a mecca for slow fashion in Adelaide. Whether it be vintage, preloved, handmade, upcycled or repurposed fashion or arts and crafts you’re after, you’re guaranteed to find it (and a whole lot more) at Gilles at the Grounds. Add some live music and a plethora of delicious food and drink options out on a spacious lawned outdoor area, and you’ve got yourself a great day out. Best of all, entry is free and Gilles is child and dog friendly so kids and pooches are most welcome to join in the fun!
